Jon Favreau Wants "Iron Man 2" in 3-D

Jon Favreau Wants "Iron Man 2" in 3-DSubmit Comment
Not too long ago Robert Downey Jr spoke about "The Dark Knight," stating that the film is too complicated and is not entertaining due to the fact that an audience must have a PhD to understand what's happening. Apparently, "Iron Man" director Jon Favreau agrees.

In an interview with Collider, Favreau revealed that he would like to keep the sequel to "Iron Man" light and fun. He added that "The Dark Knight" can keep the side of comic book movies which requires work to understand the plot.

One thing that he would like to do is make the story more emotional, which means that the stakes for the characters will be raised. He mentioned the Mandarin several times as a possible villain, but also spoke of War Machine and other comic book characters that will show up.

The most interesting thing that Favreau said was that he would love to do "Iron Man 2" in 3D and after watching "The Dark Knight" on the IMAX screen, he added that he would also like to shoot parts of his film in IMAX as well. At this point, the budget has not been decided on, so whether the 3D or IMAX will happen is still unknown, but he would like to do it if possible.

Although I think RDJ is a good actor, I have no respect for him as a person. I do however, have a lot of respect for Jon Favreau. But how can they not understand The Dark Knight? That is such a foolish comment. He said he had to put a lot of thought in to it, yet it left him with such an impression that he wants to film in in IMAX. Well, at least he didnt downright insult the movie, like RDJ did. Gosh that guy can be an *sshole.
