Where the hell did they come from? I mean one year... nothing. But then suddenly boom! crappy animated movies and ugly Johnny Depp flick. Where did they come from? jeesh talk about generating out of midair.

From what I understand, they two Weinstein guys are Bob and Harvey. They were the main people down at Miramax, making millions for the company. Then they decided to just start their own company and are now putting the same millions into their own pockets. Check out the films they got coming out. C'mon, you have to know the Weinsteins. They're the guys that get shown at the Oscars every time there's a nomination announced. You know how many nominations Miramax used to get.
