While looking up pictures from the movie "Eragon", I came across many posters of Ed Speleers (Eragon) holding the zarrok, but if you read the book
then you will know that the Zarrok has a ruby on the handle and a red blade.
But in the pictures it shows the Zarrok with a saphire in the handle and a
red blade. which i think is stupid, becuase a rider's sword is suposed to match their dragon and who has a red and blue dragon? and since the zarrok isn't even eragon's but morzen's, then it should be a ruby like morzan's dragon.it ruins Eldest and the last book.in Eldest eragon looses the zarrok to murtag. and since murtag has a red dragon, it fits perfectly, but since eragon
lost the sword then i predict that he will dig up the sword under the mensoa
tree and it will be brom's old sword, which has a saphire handle and blue blade. but if you read the two books and look up some of the pictures on the internet with the zarrok, then you would understand what i am talking about.
but why are they doing it that way?
