The most blood I have seen till now is in the Kill Bill series of movies. When Thurman kills the people by chopping away their necks, the blood literally oozes out as if it was fountain of blood.

I agree but it was an action didn't seem serious kind of gore. If you watch the movie 30 Days of Night you will see realistic gore to the extreme. They actually show a guy being grinded up, not to mention a hundred plus people getting eaten by vampires in a sick way. Kill Bill was one of the best action movies I have seen in a long time. Who doesn't like gun and sword fights. We aren't talking corny it looks like a dance fight either. Tarentino really did a great job working on the fights of the film and giving enough backstory to make it look like Uma might be able to really kick someones ass with japanese steel.
