Ok, now I know we all can do things we regret and that can land us in rehab. But what I don't understand is why you would plan to have your 21st birtday in Las Vegas, at a night club, and let the PR for the event go crazy. All I see is billboards, tv ads, and radio spots inviting everyone to this party for her. If you are getting over rehab, why would you push yourself and have a party at a night club in Vegas, and then let everyone in the world come if they can get it? Is she wanting to create more chaos for herself?
