The Omen (remake)

This movie was evil. I hadn't seen the original. The story held my interest and the little boy who really doesn't have that big of a part is truly off looking. He just looks like an evil bred juvinille delinquent. Up until the very end I was wanting to kill the little brat.

Discoverygirl - wondering if you are recommending this film or saying that it wasn't good? I remember seeing the original when it was quite outdated so it would be interesting to see an updated version I think if it was done well.

It was a good movie I would recommend seeing it, however this sort of genre isn't for everyone. It's not so much a horror film, but it is very dark and has a good storyline.

I always tell people to see the original before the remake. I was pregnant with my 2nd when this went out, and oddly June 6th is our anniversary, we went to the doctors - found out we were having a girl, my husband had never seen the original (odd since he is older than me), and during the movie I peeked over and told him "Good thing we are having a girl, huh".

See the original, then the remake, otherwise it will not make any sense!!
