Trailers not showing up???

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the trailers window appearing on my computer screen. I'll click on a movie and then click on the trailer listing but when it goes to the screen that should have the trailer on it, it doesnt appear.

I just started having this problem. Ong Bak 2 for example works fine but when I go to Max Payne, Death Race and others, nothing appears. I get a "done" but with errors on the page" message.

Anyway to fix this problem?

Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7 with Service Pack 3

The trailers were all appearing as of this past weekend but I did download some stuff for my laptop and thought that might be the problem.

We're still trying to find a way to make it similar to the way it was before. I am not finding anyone else who is having this problem. As soon as our guys are done adjusting a few thing, I'll immediately get back to you. Give me a few days.

Dont know if this helps but when I double click the error marker that's located on the left of the status bar, that's what it says when I click on the details.

I got an email for a preview of The Spirit but I didnt see a link or anything. This ******* sucks. Damn computers!!!

The trailers still arent showing up and I havent received the email with a different link in it yet. Is it possible that im blocking the trailers from appearing? If so, is there anyway to unblock them?

I just checked my email and had nothing from worstpreviews since that preview email several days ago. All my email goes straight into my inbox so I would definitely see it.

Im not getting the notifications either and I have ticked SL in my list. I was getting them at the start but then they stopped. How do I get them back?
