My best 10 in no order(to damned hard to pick best)

1. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
2. Aliens
3. Jaws
4. Army of Darkness
5. The Running Man
6. Waiting For Guffman
7. The 5th Element
8. A.I.: Artificial Intelligence
9. Night of the Living Dead(90's)
10. The Rocky Horror Picture Show

This is just some of the few I consider My 10 best. Next week it could change. As you can tell, I mostly do not agree w/ AFI, mostly.

I can completely agree with Jaws, and Running Man, some of the most entertaining movies ever. Army of Darkness is pretty good, and even though the 5th element was watchable, I wouldn't say top 10.

Aliens, easily one of the best movie ever. All the movies of the same genre try to do their best to be compared to Aliens, and do not succeed. Great List.

I forgot to add Kingpin. Still funny after a million and one viewings. All the Actors(Murray, Woody, Quaid) will never match there comic genius again. Also, on the Woody note. The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio was a great one and deserves at least a best of '05 nod.

Aliens and Alien are almost equally good to me, although completely different in tone. I prefer Alien, though.

Jaws is Spielberg's best, one of the best movies ever, no doubt about it.

Army of Darkness - didn't seem that neccessary after the first two evil dead movies. I prefer both of those.

The Running Man - perhaps I was too old when I saw this one only a couple of years ago for the first time, but I found it completely dated and even sleep-inducingly boring. I was disappointed.

Waiting For Guffman? I can't remember whether I've actually seen it. I've seen the other Guest mockumentaries - Best in Show is my favorite.

Don't want to rip on anyone's favorites, just my opinion.

Jaws was one of the greatest movies I have seen. Its fx are best of its time and also the sequels were very nice.
