Has anyone seen the extras on the Punch Drunk Love DVD? They have the commercial of Phillip Seymore Hoffman selling his mattresses. He is supposed to hop from the roof of the store on to the roof of a truck, but he falls off and hurts himself. It wasn't a stunt, just an accident, but an accident that had me rolling for days.
