I'm really looking forward to the Simpson's movie. Why are you so convinced it's gonna suck, mentaliser? I think it'll be awesome!

I hadn't heard there was a Simpsons movie in the making - I doubt if I'll be heading to the theater to see it myself. I find the Simpsons mildly entertaining but I am surprised that the cartoon has managed to maintain its popularity as long as it has.

I agree, of all times, now are they choosing to finally make a movie? The simpsons even though still on air are no where near as popular as they were in the 90's. I almost feel like they just want to try to squeeze more money out of us now that all the hype has died down over the years. I will not be going to see this movie.

I think I should get a babysitter when the movie comes out here, and get really drunk then take a taxi to go see it. Would be crazy to watch with my kids, but my son is 5 and my girl is 10 months - I think its more of a Mom & Dad kinda flick (least til they can catch up the all the episodes we have already seen). :)

I was watching an interview the other day (I think on the Daily Show) and the maker said the movie was a good decade long deal they were all working on.
