I caught this on TV a couple of years ago. I think my cable channel had a month of free movie channel or something, because this isn't one you'd catch on general TV.
It's written, directed, produced and features Inuit performers and is in the Inuk/Inuit language with subtitles. It's about an Inuit legend and is one of the best films I'd seen in quite some time.
