Has anyone ever seen the movie "Angry dogs"? One of my friends bought it on DVD in Thailand very cheap. I had never heard of it before. And it SUCKED! It's that kind of movie that sucks so much it's actually fun to watch. So I just wondered if any of you guys from the US have ever heard of it.

Is it the movie which got released somewhere in 1997??? about the poor kids on the street??? I think i saw that movie but too hard to remember.. :confused:
