Mine are(in no specific order):
Up In Smoke
Aliens
Spinal Tap
Kingpin
Life of Brian
Army of Darkness
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
One Crazy Summer
Revenge of the Nerds
Parenthood
There aren't that many movies out there that had me laughing hard, except for the list below. I'm sure I'm missing some.
Dumb and Dumber
Groundhog Day
What About Bob
King Pin
Man with Two Brains
Borat
Billy Madison
Ace Ventura
Jackass
Jackass: Number 2

Is this true? Did you see it? If I were to rate trailers, this would be the funniest of all time. So, how was it? Obviously, good. But, How good? I love Borat. He was the only reason I watched Ali G. Did you see the Ali G movie? It surely had potential. I gave it a 6.5.

Good list IMLX. I would agree with most of those. I forgot about "Bob". I may have to make a top 25. "Airplane", "Caddyshack", "The Jerk", "Blazing Saddles", "Spaceballs", "Fargo", "The Big Lebowski", "O, Brother", "The Ladykillers", "Raising Arizona", "Hear No Evil, See No Evil", "American Movie", and "Houseguest".
Sorry, I got carried away. I could probably make a top 100 to rival that A.F.I. $h!tlist.
Anyone else got a list? Try to include a favorite line w/ each entry. That could be fun.

Call me crazy, but I think Office Space merits a place on this list. It was a well-concieved and clever movie that kept me laughing for the entire length of the film.

I always thought "Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother" was pretty hilarious. I have to stop and think this category through. I find too many "comedies" just plain stupid (Dumb and Dumber comes to mind as incredibly stupid to me).

I don't think I can list 10 best comedies.
I can think of some movies that I've laughed at, that were silly, but not anything I'd consider a "best" comedy.
I laughed pretty hard in parts of History of the World, Part 1, and even watching Spaceballs, but for the most part, can't think of any.

I agree office space should be on there, as well as multiplicity, the scenes with copy #3 are really funny. Liar, Liar and Bruce Almighty were great too.
