"Transformers" is going to be filming the big climax at the old Detroit train station in Oct. They are also hiring 75 extras to film certain chase scenes in and around Detroit area expressways and streets over the next week. Michael Bay showing Detroit love again. As, the L.A. portions of the film "The Island" were filmed here. I am off tomorrow to attempt to get an extra roll. I'll follow up when I can.
