I was really looking forward to seeing this but it won't play at all. It's not related to the player in my browser. Can someone fix it please.

Just take this link, go to your Windows Media Player (File - Open URL), paste it into the text field, and play it. If that doesn't work, then it could mean that you're behind a firewall.

I'm getting the following message when I do that.

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address because the protocol (mms) isn't associated with any programme.

I tried with Safari and IE as well and I'm using the latest version of Firefox.

Paste the link I gave you directly into the Windows Media Player, not into the browser. The player will know what to do.
