"The Namesake" Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: "The Namesake" Sweepstakes begins on or about November 27th, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on December 2nd, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of WorstPreviews.com, 613 Glendale Ave, Bridgeport CT, 06606, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are located in the United States at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Sponsor, Gorilla Nation Media, LLC, Fox, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (and immediate family members and those persons living in the same household of any such officers, directors and employees) (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter online, visit the web site http://www.worstpreviews.com/contests/thenamesake (the "Website") and complete the entry form. Click "Submit!" and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by the potential winner for any reason.

PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) copy of "The Namesake" DVD. Prize is nonassignable and nontransferable. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value (or at Sponsor's election, the cash value of the applicable prize) in the event a stated prize in unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: The winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize awarded. Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). If a winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL RELEASE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes related activity, or from Entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
